2016年土地科学研究重点进展评述及2017年展望 ——土地工程与技术分报告

研究目的：对2016年国内外土地工程与技术研究现状进行梳理，展望了2017年国内研究趋势，为土地科学进一步研究提供借鉴。研究方法：归纳分析法，文献资料综述法。研究结果：2016年土地工程与技术研究主要集中在土地测量、土地信息技术、土地整治工程等方面。研究结论：推进土地信息技术的创新与应用、深化农村土地综合整治技术、加强矿区土地复垦的技术工艺及相关新设备研究等将是2016年及未来土地工程与技术领域着重研究的方向。     

An integrated system for information security management with the unified framework

Information security management plays an essential role for drawing the roadmap of information security; thus, many theoretical methodologies and practical standards are brought into this domain. However, many standards and methodologies are too cumbersome to be adopted by an organization. Additionally, there is no unified framework to systematically handle the tedious tasks of information security management. This study’s primary goal is to design an integrated system for information security management (ISISM) that aims to use current methodologies and standards to solve the above-mentioned issues. Because business impact analysis and risk analysis are the most important areas within this domain, we carefully select the related methods and then integrate them into a unified framework, upon which the proposed ISISM depends. To achieve this outcome for this study, security requirement engineering is adopted, which enables the designed system to support system users in generating risk assessment reports with related information security policies.     

BIM技术在钢桥工程的应用研究

随着我国社会水平的提高,经济步伐的推进,新技术的应用,我国的基础交通事业也在这个过程中得到了较大程度的发展。其中,桥梁是我国基础交通设施中的重要一环,对于当地交通事业的发展也具有重要的意义。在本文中,将就BIM技术在钢桥工程的应用进行一定的分析与研究。     

Global engineering services: Shedding light on network capabilities

This paper addresses the operations challenges of effectively managing professional services on a global scale. The specific context for the study is professional engineering services and particularly those that are delivered globally – global engineering services (GES). Estimates suggest that the market for GES was around US$930 billion in 2012, rising to US$1.4 trillion by 2020 (ISG, 2013). Yet this influential sector receives scant attention in the operations management literature. The paper draws on six case studies to explore the operations management challenges of delivering GES. In doing so the paper introduces the concept of network capabilities for GES, highlighting the centrality that: (i) network resources – accessing and deploying dispersed resources, (ii) network coordination – coordinating and integrating network activities, and (iii) network learning – collective learning and knowledge management, all play in enabling the successful operational management of GES.

在配电系统中,开关设备是非常关键的部分。它若出现故障,可能引发大面积停电事故,会增加运行成本,降低设备的使用功能,而且有损电力公司的社会形象。本文基于现代电力系统运行要求,重点分析了10kV开关设备检修要点,旨在积累更多运行维护的技术经验,在保证设备功能的前提下,降低运行成本,提高电力系统运行的安全性和可靠性。     

直流电阻率法在寻找地下水中的综合应用

为避免单一勘探方法的多解性,提高勘探的准度与精度,在某区的物探找水实践中,综合运用高密度电阻率法,对称四极电测深法、电阻率测井三种方法进行勘探,查明目标井位附近区域的岩性,推断地层的含水性,并根据勘探结果划定钻井布设的合理位置。
